By simply installing the CHiP'S V6 Specialties Fenderwell Sound Plug(FSP) into the peak of the right side fenderwell cavity, the throttle plate whistling is dramatically reduced, resulting in an ear pleasing ride. It's just that simple. The FSP does not affect the operation or efficiency of the CAI system. This product conforms with California Technical Bulletin Tb-117 (Section A, Part I, Section D, Part II) for flammability resistance.
